Job summary

GlowUp Kuwait is seeking a skilled Gardener to join our team in Us. You will maintain gardens and outdoor spaces, plant, prune, water and fertilize plants, and keep lawns and flower beds in top condition.

The ideal candidate has proven experience as a Gardener, knowledge of plant care, familiarity with gardening tools, and the stamina to work outdoors in all weather. This is a full-time role with a monthly salary and requires you to provide accommodation or live nearby in Us.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role.
Knowledge of different types of plants and their care requirements.
Familiarity with gardening tools and equipment.
Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to follow instructions carefully.
Good time management skills to complete tasks within deadlines.
Own visa or work permit (if non-national).
Must be able to provide own accommodation in or near Us.

Responsibilities

Planting and caring for various types of plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs.
Maintaining lawns by mowing, edging, and applying fertilizers.
Pruning trees and shrubs to maintain their health and appearance.
Watering plants regularly to ensure proper growth.
Removing weeds and dead plants to maintain a clean and tidy garden.
Using tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, shovels, rakes, etc. to complete tasks.
Monitoring plant health for pests or diseases and taking appropriate action.
