A well-established landscaping company in Akron is seeking a full-time Gardener to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about gardening and has a green thumb. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying our clients' gardens and outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planting, pruning, watering, and fertilizing plants
• Maintaining lawns by mowing, edging, and weeding
• Identifying and treating plant diseases and pests
• Designing and implementing new garden layouts
• Assisting with landscape installations
• Operating and maintaining garden equipment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in gardening or landscaping preferred but not required
• Knowledge of different types of plants, flowers, and trees
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
