This role emphasizes customer experience, teamwork, and maintaining visual standards while supporting curbside and local delivery. Flexibility to work outdoors in all weather and to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Exceeds customer expectations by building genuine, long lasting relationships through personalized attention; actively shares details to promote terrain’s unique events.
• Shares product knowledge, new arrivals, and current trends to inform the customer and inspire their indoor and outdoor spaces.
• Delivers a seamless shopping experience through understanding and utilization of systems and applications for an efficient customer interaction.
• Contributes to the store by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others.
• Active participation in daily meetings and projects; supports leadership with receiving and placing new product and aiding curbside/local delivery.
• Upholds visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer; supports team members across departments to maintain product standards and displays.
• Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, and company policies to support profitability.
