Job summary

• Plan, organize and supervise the inventory process.
• Train associates on inventory/stocking and Computer Assisted Ordering.
• Observe scheduled shift operating hours.
• Model excellent customer service, friendliness and cleanliness in the department.
• Demonstrate creative merchandising.
• Condition products per company policy.
• Authorize manager discretion markdowns.
• Understand and perform cashier functions.
• Ensure seasonal plans are executed to standard.
