About the Role:
Strader's Garden Centers is seeking a creative and motivated Garden Center Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining visually appealing displays that showcase both live plants and hard goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain eye-catching, sales-driven displays using live plants and hard goods
• Ensure all display areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Water and care for live plants to ensure quality and presentation
• Assist with unloading, stocking, and organizing merchandise
• Collaborate with team members and management to execute seasonal themes and promotions

What We're Looking For:

• A strong sense of creativity and visual design
• Enthusiasm for plants and gardening
• Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise and plant material
• Attention to detail and commitment to keeping displays clean and engaging
