Garden season means a lot of hands-on, outdoor work. In the off-season, the garden center moves inside and you'll work the main sales floor with the rest of the team.Who this work suitsThis is a people job as much as a plant job. We need someone who can lead a team, take full responsibility for the department, and talk comfortably with customers about their garden projects.
