Job Summary

The Installation Manager is responsible for installing plants purchased through the Garden Center, as well as completing landscape and hardscape installations with precision and efficiency.

Essential Functions
  • Supervise and manage installation crew.
  • Ensure crew members are trained appropriately for each task.
  • Conduct safety briefings and ensure use of protective equipment.
  • Follow safety and industry standards during installation.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to crew management.
  • Interact with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Understand and manage financial aspects of jobs.
  • Lead by example and ensure safety compliance.
  • Participate in safety training and develop job skills.
  • Track job expenses and hours accurately.
  • Train crew members in installation best practices.
  • Coordinate workflow, operate machinery, and manage personnel on-site.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Position Details
  • Full-time, with fluctuating schedule Monday-Saturday, occasional overtime.
  • Travel is rare (up to 10% annually).
