Greenhouse Gardens is hiring a Garden Center - General Labor & Customer Service Associate to join our team. You will help unload deliveries, stock displays, assist customers with plant selection, and keep the garden center neat and welcoming.

We value a positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather. Weekend availability and reliable transportation are preferred. Training provided for motivated individuals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or nursery preferred but training available.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with unloading deliveries, stocking benches and displays with plants, organizing inventory, watering plants, and maintaining outdoor displays.
• Greet customers, assist with product recommendations, assist with directing customers to plant locations in the garden center, help customers load and unload carts and vehicles and ensure a positive experience
• Assist with labeling/ pricing plants, keeping the garden center neat, clean, and visually appealing. Rotate stock as needed and remove damaged plants.
• Assist with unloading fruit and vegetable deliveries, stocking coolers and fruit and vegetable displays. Keeping all areas of fruit and vegetable handling and displays clean and visually appealing.

• Basic knowledge of plants, gardening, and landscaping preferred but not required.
• Weekend work is required.
