Job summary

Vision Ace Hardware is seeking a Garden Associate to help customers, stock displays, and support plant maintenance. This role includes assisting with product selection, loading merchandise, and maintaining garden displays. You will operate small tools and be able to lift items as needed.

We require the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including Saturdays or Sundays, with 35–40 hours weekly. Benefits accrue after 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to assist customers with shopping needs and provide helpful service.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays or Sundays and 35–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selection, demonstration, preparation, and loading of merchandise.
• Assist in daily plant maintenance, watering, and restocking.
• Uphold display gardens and face merchandise on shelves.
• Operate small hand tools and equipment.
