Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, as a Team Lead, your main focus is contributing to your store's success by promoting a positive shopping experience, building long-term customer relationships. You play an important role in daily store operations, including inventory management, increasing sales, and maintaining brand and visual standards. You also help manage shipments, replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment. You are vital to your store's success!

Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in retail
  • 2 years of retail experience is an asset
  • Passion for fashion
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service quality
  • Social media, mobile device, and computer skills are assets
