Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as a Team Lead is contributing to your store's success by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, building and maintaining meaningful, long-term relationships. You will play an important role in daily store operations, including inventory management, increasing sales, and enhancing customer satisfaction, while ensuring brand standards and visual merchandising directives are met. You will also assist with shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment. Your role is vital to the store's overall success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• At least 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in retail
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset
• Passion for fashion
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service quality
• Knowledge of social media, mobile devices, and computer skills are assets
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
