Job summary

Groupe Dynamite is seeking a Full Time Sales Team Lead for our GARAGE/DYNAMITE stores. You will promote a positive shopping experience, lead a high-performing team, and drive sales with personalized service and fashion passion.

As a team leader, you’ll build lasting customer relationships, manage duties in a fast-paced setting, and contribute to the store's success while supporting strategic initiatives and a dynamic brand community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high level of attention and service.
• Social Media Skills and knowledge of Mobile Devices/Computers are assets.
• Able to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Full Time Sales Team Lead is to promote a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency. You will make a serious impact through your sales expertise and personalized service, which will help you build and maintain meaningful and long-term relationships with each customer. You are an integral part of the success of your store!
