Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as a Full-Time Sales Team Lead is to promote a positive shopping experience for each customer while leading and inspiring a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency. You will make a significant impact through your sales expertise and personalized service, helping build and maintain meaningful, long-term customer relationships. You are an integral part of your store's success!

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in retail
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset
• Passion for fashion
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering high levels of attention and service
• Social media skills, mobile device knowledge, and computer skills are assets
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs
