Position Overview

Job Details

• Position: Garage Porter
• Location: 5th & Broadway, Nashville
• Shifts: Day Shift (7am-3pm) & Evening Shift (3pm-11pm) available
• Type: Full Time
• Payrate: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and daily maintenance of property, grounds, and common areas
• Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment
• Clean and maintain floors and surfaces
• Pressure washing, power sweeping, painting, snow removal, basic repairs
• Trash collection and management
• Basic truck maintenance (cleaning, oil changes, headlight replacements)
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Observe safety protocols at all times
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Essential Functions

To succeed, candidates must:

• Stand for up to six hours
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Move quickly and carefully within the parking area
• Communicate effectively in English
• Lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Uniform and grooming standards adherence

Physical Demands & Environment
