Groupe Dynamite’s GARAGE brand is hiring an Operations Associate in Orlando to keep the store flowing and the vibe strong. You will own the stockroom, move inventory, process shipments, and ensure the floor stays full and visually appealing for customers.

You’ll support both in-store and E-comm operations, with a focus on detail, teamwork, and guest experience. Evening/weekend availability and a proactive mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 6+ months stockroom/back-of-house retail experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized with good time management.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership of tasks.
• Customer-first mindset powers the in-store experience.
• Social media skills and general tech-savviness a plus.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own the stockroom, maintain organization and flow of goods.

Job summary:

Reporting to the Store Manager, your role as Operations Associate is all about keeping the store flowing and the vibe strong. You’ll own the stockroom, keep inventory moving, process shipments, and make sure the floor stays full and fresh. From E-comm orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless experience that keeps our customers coming back. Behind the scenes, you’re the one making sure everything runs smoothly—an essential part of the team’s success.

Your role & qualifications:

• High school diploma;
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (bonus if fashion-related);
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized;
• Proactive team player who takes ownership;
• Customer-first mindset—you know your work powers the experience;
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus);
• Having a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).
