Job summary

GARAGE, part of Groupe Dynamite, is hiring an Operations Associate to keep the store stockroom organized, ensure inventory moves smoothly, and process shipments to maintain a full, fresh floor. You’ll help manage E-comm orders and markdowns to create a seamless shopper experience.

As a proactive team player with a detail-driven mindset, you’ll support store operations and contribute to a great customer journey. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 6+ months of stockroom, inventory, or back-of-house retail experience (bonus if fashion-related).
• Obsessed with details and keeping things organized.
• Proactive team player who takes ownership.
• Customer-first mindset—you know your work powers the experience.
• Social media skills and tech-savvy (mobile and computer skills are a plus).
• Having a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).

You’ll own the stockroom, keep inventory moving, process shipments, and make sure the floor stays full and fresh. From E-comm orders to markdowns, you’ll help create a seamless experience that keeps our customers coming back. Behind the scenes, you’re the one making sure everything runs smoothly—an essential part of the team’s success.
