Job summary

Renuity Garage in the United States (Mount Holly, NC) is hiring a Garage Installer earning up to $20/hr. You’ll join a network within the Renuity family focused on faster, easier home upgrades and exceptional service.

No two days are the same as you install organization-focused solutions and gain hands-on training to progress toward Installer level. This role offers competitive pay, performance incentives, health and other insurance, PTO, holidays, and a 401K with match.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret design drawings and match parts to assemblies.
• Understand different hardware types and surface detailing.
• Carry products through weather into workspaces and assemble without damage.
• Maintain professional conduct and communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Stay organized and follow company standards and policies.
• Work at least 2 weekends/month and manage demands to meet business needs.
• Perform work to millimeter accuracy and CA quality levels.
• Proactively resolve work-related problems.

About The Role

Installers create Organization, Beauty & Joy for our customers. It’s what we do and how we do it that sets Closet America apart from its competitors, making us the largest locally owned business of its kind in the DMV. Installation Helpers go through intensive classroom and on-the-job training, working to the highest levels of their capability, with the goal of quickly elevating to the Installer level.

Key Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret design drawings, associating parts to proper assemblies. Ability to understand different hardware types and ability to do final surface detailing.
• Ability to carry product through weather into workspaces and to assemble without damage.
• Ability to focus on a goal and obtain a pre-determined result.
• Conduct and appearance is professional and to company standards and policies, with the ability to clearly communicate with customers and colleagues to assure expectations are met.
• Possessing the trait of being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task.
• Ability to work at least 2 weekends/month, and ability to manage personal and professional demands to help meet critical business needs as they arise.
• Ability to perform work accurately, to the mm, and thoroughly to CA quality levels.
• Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems.
