Qualifications

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude; garage door experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use basic tools.
• Great attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using tablets and basic tech tools (ServiceTitan is a bonus).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair garage doors for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Perform detailed inspections to meet safety codes and customer expectations.
• Keep accurate job notes, photos, and diagrams for operations and follow-ups.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Identify customer needs and recommend upgrades.
• Uphold safety, integrity, and exceptional service.
