Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude; garage door experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use basic tools.
• Great attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using tablets and basic tech tools (ServiceTitan a bonus).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver garage door installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Perform inspections and ensure work meets safety codes and exceeds expectations.
• Keep accurate records of jobs with notes, photos, and diagrams.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Identify customer needs and provide product recommendations and upgrades where appropriate.
• Uphold safety, integrity, and exceptional service.

Pay Range
