Our company currently operates in Nevada, Arizona, California, Colorado, Washington, Oklahoma, Texas, Minnesota, Kansas, Missouri, Tennessee, Illinois, Utah, and Florida, and we are continuing to grow!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive safely and courteously to customer's service locations, ensuring your vehicle is well-maintained and in good repair.
• Respond to work assignments and tasks as directed by the management and a dedicated dispatch team.
• Maintain a professional image by representing the company at all times while in uniform and driving a vehicle with company information, putting our best foot forward to uphold our reputation.
• Consult with our valued customers on their specific garage needs and provide superior solutions that fit their individual needs.
• Foster lasting relationships with customers through effective communication and exceptional service, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Inspect, install, repair, and maintain garage doors.
• Maintain an organized truck with inventory and sales materials.
• Organize and submit service and sales reports on a weekly basis.
• Processing customer payments, including cash, credit card, or check transactions.
• Deposit money received by customers into the bank weekly.

Requirements:

• Possess a positive attitude and demonstrate eagerness to embrace the role as a student of the trade, displaying a commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
• Strong technical capacity to diagnose and address garage door issues effectively.
• Demonstrate proficiency in handling and utilizing hand tools, showcasing a mechanical mindset.
• Uphold high standards of ethical conduct and professionalism at all times.
• Proficient communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
• Ability to lift over 75 pounds regularly to handle garage door equipment and parts.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

We offer paid training at our corporate office in Las Vegas, NV for 3 weeks. Moreover, we assist in organizing your travel arrangements and cover all related travel expenses.
