OGD Overhead Garage Door is seeking a motivated Residential Garage Door Technician as a 1099 independent contractor in Texas. You will handle repairs, installations, and maintenance for residential clients, with no prior experience required as training is provided.

This role requires ownership of a pickup truck (20 years old or newer) and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must own a pickup truck that is 20 years old or newer.
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools and equipment.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and climbing ladders.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work within the selected market area.
• Commitment to a 10-day onboarding program at our training center in Fort Worth, TX.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose customer concerns and provide effective solutions in a professional manner.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.

OGD Overhead Garage Door is seeking motivated and dependable independent contractors to join our team as Residential Garage Door Technicians. In this 1099 contractor role, you will provide garage door repair, installation, and maintenance services for residential customers while delivering a high level of customer service and professionalism.

No prior garage door experience is required — training is provided.

Compensation & Contractor Information:

• 1099 independent contractor position
• Weekly pay
• Uncapped commission earning potential
• Initial hardware, springs, tools, and related equipment are provided by the company

$1,200 - $1,700 a week
