About the Client & Position:

• Our client, a reputable garage door company, is seeking a motivated and people-focused Service & Sales Representative. This position is primarily sales-driven with a strong focus on customer interaction, price objection handling, and recommending new doors or repairs. While no repair experience is required, the ideal candidate is moldable, eager to learn, and open to hands-on service training. Background in sales is required.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with homeowners and customers to assess garage door needs

Shift:

• Monday-Friday. 8:00am-5:00pm. Overtime may be necessary.

Compensation:

• $21.00/hr during training (about 60 days) then commission based
