Job summary

Guild Garage Group LLC is seeking a Master Technician for a full-time role in Charlotte, NC. You will install and repair residential and commercial garage doors and openers, troubleshoot electronics, and perform safety inspections.

Training is provided, with strong earning potential after completion. Expect hands-on work, independent problem-solving, and opportunities for growth as you advance in a growing team focused on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction, mechanical, or related fields preferred.
• Comfortable with hand and power tools.
• Able to lift 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Eager to learn and grow in a skilled trade.

Responsibilities

• Install and replace custom garage door systems and components.
• Repair residential and commercial doors and openers.
• Troubleshoot and program garage door electronics.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections.
• Install and configure motors for residential and commercial use.

What You'll Do

As a Garage Door Master Technician, you'll become a key player on our service team, trusted to perform installations and repairs for both residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities include:

• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections

Your Path to Success

• Full-Time Hours: 40+ hours/week, with paid overtime (average 45-50 hrs/week)
• Training Pay: $24-$26/hour during the 3-5 month training period
• Post-Training Pay: $80,000-$100,000+ per year (based on performance and efficiency)
