Precision Door Service Central MD in Fredericksburg, VA is seeking a dependable Warehouse Helper / Garage Door Installer to support both warehouse operations and field installations. The role involves assisting with material handling, prep for installations, and providing professional customer service.

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, comfortable with physical labor, and willing to learn. Previous warehouse or hands-on experience is helpful but not required; training is available.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and able to report to work on time.
• Ability to perform physical labor including lifting and carrying heavy materials.
• Comfortable with tools and learning installation procedures.
• Able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to safety and instructions.
• Prior warehouse or hands-on experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Must complete pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, sorting, loading, and unloading garage doors and parts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work area.
• Prepare and load materials for scheduled installations.
• Assist installers with residential door installations and related equipment.
• Safely use hand tools, power tools and ladders.
• Transport materials to and from job sites as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and proper lifting practices.
• Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse duties.
• Provide professional service at customer locations.
• Perform other warehouse, installation, and support duties as assigned.
