Responsibilities

Precision Garage Door Service – Warehouse Associate / Installer Apprentice

Full-Time | M-F

Precision Garage Door Service is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate / Installer Apprentice. This is a unique hybrid role that combines warehouse operations and field installation work, offering consistent hours, hands‑on experience, and additional earning potential!

Position Overview

This role begins each morning in the warehouse preparing installers/technicians and trucks for the day ahead. Responsibilities include organizing inventory, stocking materials, maintaining warehouse efficiency, and ensuring the field team has everything needed to complete jobs successfully.

Warehouse Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and maintain organization
• Receive, organize, and track incoming inventory and materials
• Stock installer trucks with parts, tools, and job materials each morning

• Assist with loading and unloading products and deliveries

Installation Responsibilities

• Support the Installation of garage doors and related components according to company standards
• Ensure high‑quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Provide excellent customer service during installations
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Maintain professionalism while representing the company in customers’ homes
• Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding job progress
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation

• $19-$23 per hour
• Opportunity to increase overall earnings through productivity and performance
