Red Mountain Garage Doors in Pelham, AL is hiring a Garage Door Install Technician/Apprentice to join a growing team. You will install, repair, and troubleshoot doors while delivering top-notch customer service.

This role requires a valid driver's license, physical ability, and a willingness to learn. Compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour with bonuses; position based in Pelham office; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and work with hand/power tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in Sales preferred
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt to changing situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform garage door repairs, installations, and troubleshooting with a high standard of quality.
