Job summary

Precision Door Service is seeking a Garage Door Designer/Estimator to quote and specify installation needs for new garage doors and openers. You’ll interact daily with customers, provide cost-benefit guidance, and close sales per pricing standards.

Strong numerical and analytical skills, plus relationship management with contractors and associations, are essential. The role involves in-person customer interactions, measuring spaces, generating quotes, and coordinating orders for timely

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; garage door experience in sales, installations, or repairs.
Proven sales experience closing deals directly with customers in the garage door industry.
Must possess a current valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Show, promote and sell products or services using sales strategies and demonstrations.
Serve as primary contact for customers during the sales process and provide quotes.
Provide accurate quotes, follow up, and close sales to meet goals.
Ensure proper paperwork and device orders are placed after sale is closed.
Measure installation areas and record materials and labor needed.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
