Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Co‑Manager promotes a positive omni‑channel shopping experience, builds loyal client relationships, and produces outstanding business results by demonstrating great leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching team members. The role maximizes the store’s profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post‑secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment or equivalent management experience.
• Passion for fashion and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others.
• Flexible, innovative, and sense of urgency in responding to a changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions.
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration.
• Social media, mobile device, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) or Open‑Office skills.
• Excellent organizational, time‑management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
