Job summary

GARAGE is seeking a Co-Manager to lead a fashion retail team, drive an exceptional omni-channel shopping experience, and build lasting client relationships. You will recruit, train, and coach your team to exceed sales and productivity targets while maximizing store profitability.

You will promote collaboration, adaptability, and strong customer service, with a focus on achieving results in a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience.
• Passion for fashion and customer orientation.
• Demonstrates solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to promote participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices.
• Flexibility and urgency in responding to changing business needs with impactful ideas and solutions.
• Build partnerships and prioritize collaboration.
• Proficient with Social Media, Mobile devices and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
