Job Title: Garage Cashier

Department: Parking/Transportation

Reports to: Parking/Transportation Director

Location: Midtown Garage

Hours: 4:00PM-12:00AM

Responsibilities:

• Greets members and guest in a friendly and professional manner
• Handles credit card transaction for transients and guests
• Handles member tickets billing and separating of tickets
• Receives and processes tickets for monthly passes
• Maintains all tickets as record for auditing purposes
• Files tickets systematically to ensure efficient retrieval of vehicles
• Reviews tickets for accuracy and member signature
• Computes receipt from tickets showing amount due/paid
• Keeps area clean
• Provide directions or general information
• Resolve customer complaints
• Answers phone is a friendly, customer service manner
• Handles schedule for car concierge service
• Follow all rules and house policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Other duties are to be determined.

Requirements:
