Job summary

Caesars New Orleans Casino & Hotel is hiring for a Valet Attendant on-site in New Orleans, LA. You will greet guests, assist with parking, process cash transactions with accuracy, and maintain orderly lots.

You’ll document car counts, deliver exceptional guest service, and support the Transportation team with revenue reports and shift handoffs. The role requires English proficiency, neat appearance, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with parking in a courteous manner.
• Maintain accurate records of total cars parked and delivered by each attendant.
• Operate garage parking control system and cash register.
• Process cash and cash equivalent transactions and make change.
• Reconcile garage cashier funds at shift start and end.
• Provide revenue reports to Transportation Shift Supervisor and Casino Cashier.
