Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as the Assistant Manager is to assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, providing leadership to optimize sales results. You promote a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high-performing team to drive operational efficiency and traffic on the sales floor and through digital platforms. You play an important role in the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising directives. You will also assist in managing shipments, replenishing the sales floor, and fulfilling eCommerce orders. You are a key contributor to your store's success!

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset
• At least 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion retail environment
• Passion for fashion, outgoing personality, and commitment to exceptional customer service
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Flexibility, innovation, and a sense of urgency to adapt to changing business needs with impactful ideas and solutions
• Ability to foster an environment of participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices and building on others' ideas
• Ability to build partnerships and prioritize collaboration
• Social media skills, mobile device proficiency, and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Open-Office
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
