Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager helps oversee store operations, provides leadership to optimize sales, promotes a positive shopping experience, and leads a high-performing team. You will assist in managing inventory, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand standards and visual merchandising. You will also contribute to shipment processing, replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment, playing a vital role in the store's success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related field is an asset
• At least 2 years of management experience, preferably in fashion retail
• Passion for fashion, outgoing personality, and excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Flexibility, innovation, and urgency in adapting to business needs
• Ability to foster participation, creativity, and learning
