Job summary

Education Stake in New York is seeking an enthusiastic Computer Systems Analyst to join our development team. In this role, you’ll help analyze, optimize, and maintain systems supporting a popular rhythm-based platformer. You'll collaborate with developers, QA testers, and data engineers to improve performance and enhance player experience.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and strong analytical skills. Knowledge of mobile game development and cloud environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with system analysis, network basics, and software testing.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or SQL).
• Basic understanding of mobile game development pipelines (Unity experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing backend and support systems for Geometry Dash Lite.
• Collaborate to optimize system performance across platforms.
• Monitor server loads and database performance.
• Document system configurations and workflows.
• Test and validate new builds for smooth deployment.
• Provide technical support to QA and content teams.
