Job summary

Education Stake is seeking an experienced Computer Systems Administrator to maintain and optimize systems that power Geometry Dash Lite. You will handle Windows and Linux servers, manage cloud infrastructure, and ensure the security of our game systems.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has 3–5 years of systems administration experience in gaming or software development environments, along with strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers hosting game data, analytics tools, and internal services.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for scalable backend systems.
• Monitor server performance, uptime, and security for Geometry Dash Lite services, including player data synchronization and leaderboards.
• Implement automated backup, recovery, and patch management processes.
• Collaborate with developers to support build pipelines, testing environments, and deployment workflows.
• Troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues across production and development systems.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices to protect both internal assets and player information.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and maintenance schedules.
