Job summary

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Associates degree or equivalent.
Minimum of six months related experience and/or training preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write accurate reports and correspondence.
Ability to obtain TiPS certification and gaming license.
Ability to read and communicate verbally in English.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members.
Protect company assets by observing activities via surveillance cameras.
Review surveillance coverage on cases of patron/internal control disputes.
Complete daily activity report and note any pertinent facts.
Monitor recording equipment and check equipment operation.
Report observed gaming violations and procedures to the appropriate authority.
