Marshall Yards Racing & Gaming is seeking a Gaming Supervisor to lead gaming floor operations at its Calvert City, KY location. You will interact with guests, oversee staff performance, and ensure asset protection while maintaining safety and presentation of the gaming floor.
You will manage gaming systems (Ainsworth/Oasis), scheduling, onboarding, and performance analysis. A background in electronics/maintenance and a related 4-year degree is preferred, with eligibility for Kentucky licensing.

Marshall Yards Racing & Gaming is a newly constructed facility in a high-traffic area in Calvert City, Kentucky at the intersection of I-69 and I-24. The Property will feature nearly 240 state-of-the-art historical racing machines (“HRMs”), a sports bar and a retail sportsbook, simulcast wagering, and food and beverage offerings. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for leading the successful overall direction, administration, and coordination of all operating activities of Marshall Yards Racing & Gaming including Pre-opening activities, culture creation, staffing, compliance with all regulatory requirements, and the ongoing operations of historical racing machine operations, gaming operations, simulcast operations, sportsbook operations, and entertainment operations.
The Gaming Supervisor is the highest customer-facing leader on the gaming floor, responsible for all gaming operations during assigned shifts. This hands-on role combines active guest interaction and floor leadership with strategic responsibilities, including SOP development, budgeting, compliance oversight, performance analysis, and staff development. In addition to driving exceptional guest service and safeguarding assets, the Gaming Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of the gaming floor and the property.
