WarHorse Gaming, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., is seeking a Revenue Audit Supervisor in Lincoln, NE. The role oversees daily revenue audits for gaming and non-gaming revenue, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting while developing staff and supporting management with analytical insights.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, with 3+ years of relevant experience including supervisory responsibilities, preferably in a hotel or casino setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Three years of related work experience, including two years in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience in a hotel or casino environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily revenue audit processes to ensure accurate recording and reporting of revenue.
• Supervise, train, and develop department personnel to maintain high performance and guest service standards.
• Coordinate with regulators and internal teams on audits and regulatory matters.
• Maintain and monitor gaming-related accounting systems for compliance with requirements.
• Prepare, audit, and distribute reports timely and accurately.
• Assist in recruitment, coaching, and performance management tasks for the revenue audit team.
• Conduct special audits as directed by the Revenue Audit Manager.
• Stay abreast of federal, state, and local laws affecting operations.
