Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Retail Associate in Yorktown, Virginia to provide outstanding guest service and assist with gaming products. Responsibilities include processing transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and addressing guest inquiries. Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to work alone, stand, and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and greet guests promptly.
• Support the overall shopping environment and nurture guest relationships.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the POS system.
• Address guest questions in person or on the phone professionally.
• Promote GameStop’s guest benefits and reservations programs.
