Job summary

GameStop is looking for a Retail Keyholder in Maple Grove, Minnesota. In this role, you will provide outstanding guest service, support the store's day-to-day operations, and promote guest benefits. The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma, and at least one year of experience in retail or guest service. Knowledge of video games is preferred. Full-time positions are eligible for a benefits package including health benefits, paid time off, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service, promptly greet guests, and assist with video gaming needs.
• Support the overall shopping environment and nurture guest relationships.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale (POS) computer system.
• Address guest questions and comments promptly and courteously.
• Promote GameStop’s unique guest benefits.
