Job summary

GameStop in Burien is hiring a Retail Keyholder to assist the management team in providing outstanding guest service in a fast-paced retail environment. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and ideally 1 year of retail or guest service experience. Knowledge of video games is preferred. Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service.
• Support the overall shopping environment.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately.

• Safeguard company assets through effective inventory control.
• Conduct store inventory counts and maintain organization.
