Job summary

GameStop in Las Vegas, NV is searching for a Retail Keyholder to deliver exceptional guest service and support store operations. A high school diploma is required, along with strong guest service skills and at least 1 year of retail experience. Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service, greet guests, and assist with gaming needs.
• Support the shopping environment and nurture guest relationships.
• Process guest purchases accurately via the POS system.
• Conduct store inventory counts and stock/restock merchandise.
• Support store management in meeting sales and profit goals.
