Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Must be able to work alone, stand, and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service and assist guests in meeting their video gaming needs.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Promote GameStop's unique guest benefits and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Conduct store inventory counts and stock/restock merchandise.
