Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure Ltd. in Las Vegas seeks a Technical Compliance Analyst to ensure products meet gaming regulations and standards. You will coordinate with global teams, prepare reports for regulators, and advise on compliance trends while testing products across jurisdictions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in gaming regulations, and effective communication. Travel to regulatory labs and collaboration with studios are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of product testing and quality experience in an engineering environment.
• Experience with slot machines, peripherals, progressives, and slot systems.
• Ability to interpret gaming regulations for systems and gaming machines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to mentor internally.
• Effective written and spoken English; multilingual skills a plus.
• Experience crafting and reviewing technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regulatory notifications and technical bulletins promptly.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on compliance activities to senior management and regulators.
• Advise management on trends affecting product and system approvals by regulators.
• Stay updated on changes to gaming regulations across jurisdictions.
• Assess new/existing products for regulatory compliance and test accordingly.
• Lead collaboration between studios to ensure product specs meet gaming guidelines.
• Resolve regulator and test lab issues, drafting technical documents as needed.
• Travel to regulatory labs to conduct hands-on testing and evaluation.
• Coordinate and lead meetings with regulatory bodies and test labs.
• Lead and supervise regulated field trial processes from pre-installation to completion.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures related to technical compliance.
• Maintain the Technical Compliance Jurisdictional Matrix for all teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical compliance risks.
• Safeguard game integrity by enforcing regulatory actions.
• Advance regulatory issues and communicate risk levels to teams.
• Support cross-functional projects and shifting priorities.
