Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics and two years of experience in an analytical role involving accounting, finance, and operations.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.
No felony, theft or stealing convictions.
Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming licenses.

Responsibilities

Conduces financial, labor, marketing, budgeting, and technical analysis of all gaming and related operations to maximize efficiency and earning potential.
Provides timely and accurate analysis of property and department related statistics, analytical reports, and related operating expenses.
Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Maintains confidentiality.
Maintain confidentiality of privileged information.
