State of Nevada, through the Nevada Gaming Control Board, is seeking an Agent, Enforcement in Las Vegas. The role centers on criminal and regulatory investigations, dispute resolution, and safeguarding gaming integrity.

Under supervision, you will conduct background checks, collect and document evidence, prepare reports for multiple agencies, and ensure licensee compliance. You may be required to carry firearms and obtain POST Category I certification within 12 months of hire.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; degrees in related fields preferred.
• Must possess or obtain Nevada POST Category I certification within one year.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct criminal and regulatory investigations into alleged violations.
• Arrest, testify in court, and write affidavits for warrants.
• Inspect and approve gaming-related systems, games, and devices.
