The position oversees policies, budgets, and staff development, with requirements for leadership, discretion, and a Nebraska Gaming License. Schedule varies, including evenings and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Seven years of casino operational finance experience with progressive supervisory and managerial responsibilities.
• Thorough understanding of casino operations, including cage and count team operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to secure and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead cage, credit and count team operations.
• Develop and maintain policies and internal controls.
• Lead recruitment, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with Security and banking partners on variances.
• Support budgeting and profitability initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
