Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on the gaming market, including industry trends, competitor strategies, consumer preferences, player engagement, loyalty and retention, and emerging technologies. Create a roadmap to advise GlobalLogic on how to grow their service line.
2. Market Trends and Forces: Identify key market trends, TAM/SOM/SAM, economic factors, technological advances, and regulatory changes affecting the industry. Identify challenges and opportunities. Define partner ecosystem and needed partnerships.
3. Design & Development: Understand game mechanics, level design, user interface, and monetization strategies to ensure a successful and engaging game experience and how to prioritize or build these capabilities.
4. Monetization Strategy: Advise on effective revenue models and help refine pricing strategies for sustainable profit generation.
5. Esports & Competitive Gaming: Provide expertise on building and growing esports capabilities from tournament management to team development and sponsorship strategies.
6. Go-to-Market Strategy: Help design and execute effective marketing and launch strategies, including audience segmentation and brand positioning, white space analysis, and value proposition. Advise on build strategy or acquisition targets. Include Current State, Gap, and Future state analysis.
7. Clients and Customers: Identify clients/customers in this industry. Understand what they need, want, and value most. Understanding customer pain points is crucial to identifying opportunities.
