Responsibilities

• Processes pre-background checks for all new, re-hired, and renewing team members by reviewing personal history statements and conducting interviews.
• Processes vendor and new-hire license renewals by reviewing personal history statements and verifying records.
• Issues vendor badges and team member gaming licenses by photographing individuals and verifying fingerprint data.
• Provides suitability determinations to the National Indian Gaming Commission by researching cases and composing correspondence.
• Tracks vendor licensing expiration dates and informs management of status.
• Assembles documents for State licensing programs and creates fingerprint impressions for submission.
• Updates databases with changes to team member information across departments.
• Updates Electronic Storage System by scanning and indexing documents.
• Provides administrative support to the Background Department, including minutes and billing reconciliations.
