Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a skilled Capture Artist for a temporary 4-month contract in San Diego. You will capture gameplay footage and screenshots to showcase features and modes, aligning with creative briefs and marketing goals.

The role requires a strong eye for shot composition, knowledge of game mechanics, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with Premiere/Media Encoder is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with debug builds and camera controls.
• Proficient on Mac and PC.
• Familiar with Adobe Premiere and Media Encoder.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction.
• Strong organizational and asset management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Team player in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality gameplay footage and screenshots across game modes and scenarios.
• Stage and execute specific gameplay scenarios based on creative briefs and marketing requirements.
• Collaborate with Producers, Creative Directors, Game Developers, Marketing and Editorial teams to fulfill content requests.
• Maintain organization of captured assets and ensure deliverables meet quality and technical standards.
